You can permanently delete your Online, Unfortunately account in the app. If you cannot sign in, support can help.

    Open the You tab.

  2. 02

    Open Safety & policies.

  3. 03

    Choose Delete account.

  4. 04

    Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

What is removed

Account data

Deletion removes your authentication account, profile, posts, uploaded media, reactions, sparks, chat participation, messages, blocks, and reports you submitted. The action cannot be undone.

Limited exceptions

Anonymized safety records

Reports about your account or content may remain in anonymized form for safety audits. Short-lived security logs and encrypted backups expire on the hosting provider’s operational schedule.

Email request

Delete by email

Write to support@onlineunfortunately.com from the email associated with your account and ask for deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
